Welcome to TapVault. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and mobile application. By accessing or using TapVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Definitions
"Service" refers to the TapVault application and website operated by TapVault Inc. "User" refers to the individual accessing or using the Service. "Content" refers to all information stored or accessed through the Service including cards, passwords, and personal information.
3. Account Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Subscription and Payments
Some features of the Service require a subscription. If you choose to purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged to your payment method on the date you sign up for a subscription and will cover the use of that service for the period indicated.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings after purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TapVault, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
